At THANAL Perumathura, our commitment to the well-being and development of differently-abled children is unwavering. Our Child Development Centre (CDC) is a crucial department within our organization, dedicated to providing support, care, and opportunities to children facing various physical and Mendelian disorders. With a strong belief in the potential of every child, we have established two main CDCs under our main centre in Thanal Vadakara, one in Edachery and another in Kozhikode, and work is underway for the third centre in Kuttiady, equipped with modern facilities to cater to the unique needs of these children.

Without THANAL, many of these children would be confined to their homes, missing out on the opportunity for growth and development.
Our Challenge
However, we face a significant challenge—limited space. Our current infrastructure is insufficient to accommodate the 95 students at THANAL Perumathura’s CDC unit. We believe that by expanding our existing two-story building with an additional floor, we can solve this pressing space problem. The estimated cost for this expansion project is 25 lakhs, and an additional 10 lakhs are required to install a lift facility, ensuring accessibility for all.
