Introduction:
Thanal Perumathura Dialysis Centre is a beacon of hope for countless individuals battling kidney disease. Established in 2021, it stands as an extension of our primary centre, Thanal Vadakara, which initiated its journey in 2008. Over the years, we have expanded our reach to four Indian states, with a remarkable 55 dialysis centres, collectively performing over 25,000 dialysis procedures each month. Our mission is to provide lifesaving dialysis treatment to underprivileged patients who would otherwise face the grim specter of death.
Our Endeavors:
In the case of Thanal Perumathura, we have made significant strides since our inception. Currently, our facility houses eight state-of-the-art dialysis machines, diligently attending to the needs of 16 patients. Our team of highly qualified and experienced medical professionals and technicians work tirelessly in two shifts to ensure the seamless operation of our centre.
The Unmet Demand:
However, the demand for our services far exceeds our current capacity. Regrettably, we are unable to admit all the patients who approach us in dire need of free dialysis. Many critically ill individuals languish on our waiting list, anxiously awaiting their turn for this vital treatment. Our infrastructure is designed to accommodate twelve dialysis machines, and our medical staff is ready to meet the challenge. Expanding our capacity to the full twelve machines would enable us to serve even more of the neediest people in our community
Our Collective Achievement:
Our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. In just a short span of time, we have successfully completed over 6,000 dialysis sessions.
